Are you thinking about buying directly from a Builder? NEW HOME BUILDERS PAY FOR BUYER AGENT SERVICES!

New home builders assume a buyer is working with an agent and include the agent commission into the final selling price of their homes.  This cost is not negotiable!  If a buyer choose to work directly with the builder they give up the professional services of an agent and that cost then increases the builder’s profit.  Many Las Vegas new home buyers don’t take advantage of this valuable service provided by and paid for by the builder.  Will You??
